Common Energy's board and advisors include executives from Facebook, Google and President Obama's cabinet. We are seeking a Client Operations & Strategy Manager to help us scale our business.

The Role
Common Energy is looking for a Client Operations & Strategy Manager to build up and support our core client (solar developer) & customer (end-user) processes and operations. In this role, you will collaborate with the finance and operations teams by building analytical processes to support client/customer operations, and interact with our senior clients and utility partners as an integral hub to bring all of our partners together. You will also work closely with the CEO, COO, and Director of Client Operations & Strategy (your direct manager) on company-wide strategic initiatives to deliver clean energy and lower carbon emissions.

Interface with our solar developer and utility partners to ensure customers receive the appropriate energy allocation from clean energy projects
Work on / drive strategic initiatives to develop new solutions (and improve existing ones) to scale key client & customer facing operations
Consistently evaluate company priorities and organize information to facilitate decision making for the company's executive team
Manage / support key client interactions and relationships
Collaborate with our finance team to manage customer transactions
Developing and maintain corporate data models and forecasts
Keep a schedule of project actions and energy cycles to ensure ROI for our partners

Who We're Looking For

You are experienced in working with senior clients, and understand what it takes to deliver the highest level of service to them
You have outstanding analytical skills - You are a star with data and have excellent attention to detail
You have excellent written and verbal communications skills
You are a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
You have 2-years work experience in a highly analytical role - building models and analyzing data to drive insights and action, ideally at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank or private equity firm
You have permanent authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
