About the role and the team:
Do you want to make an impact? We grow very fast and without our channel partners this wouldnt be possible. Google (and its resellers) are a key partner of ours, and a primary route to market, making this role critical to our rapid growth.
So theres your challenge: help us build Happeos partner-marketing function from scratch! This is a great role with lots of responsibilities and growth opportunities. You will not only own our global reseller marketing program, but also develop a strategic referral partnership program and most importantly, own the relationship with Google.
We are a revenue-driven marketing team, so you will own the channel pipeline target. Sounds a bit scary? No worries, you wont be alone on this mission. You will be part of our awesome marketing team which consists of an in-house creative team, content writers and demand-gen specialists. We are ready to follow your lead and create the finest partner campaigns in the world! We are looking for a real go-getter with previous experience in a similar role, so we can give our partners the best experience possible. Did we mention you would be reporting directly to the CMO? So you can learn a lot too!
Your key responsibilities

  • Create and execute our partner marketing strategy
  • Build a strategic-referral partnership program
  • Develop campaigns to manage all our key partner contacts, ensuring they have our latest thinking and case studies, and that we are continually top of mind
  • Build campaign playbooks for our reseller partners so we can scale our demand generation efforts globally across the varying partner categories
  • Ensure the needs of the Google sales team and reseller partners are being met through the packaging of sales enablement materials one-pagers, case studies etc.
  • Work with Google and strategic partners to drive co-branded events / webinars for clients and prospects
    Your experience
    The perfect candidate will understand the Google ecosystem landscape, and the vendors that work within it, but more specifically you will understand how these partnerships will be able to create compelling messaging that resonates with our partner-sales teams, and positions us as the right partner to the markets vast amount of resellers.
    • 3-5 years experience with partnership development or partner marketing or field marketing
    • Experience in the Google technology partner ecosystem
    • Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, an excellent communicator, and a strong team-first mindset
    • Hands-on experience crafting propositions, simplifying a story that can seem complex
    • Strong relationship builder
    • Eligible to work in the US
    • Based or willing to re-locate to New York
