Job Description:

Amenity Analytics Solution Center is looking for a passionate, purposeful Senior Project Manager (SPM) to own and execute the delivery of multiple projects/solutions which result in very satisfied customers. -The SPM focuses on helping prospects and customers to achieve their desired outcomes, and realize value as quickly as possible given a scope. -The SPM owns the customer relationship related to solution/use-case implementation and delivery. In this role, the SPM works closely with the Solution Center team members and collaborates with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams across technology domains, delivery excellence, and presale activities.About Amenity Solution Center (SC): The SC focuses on helping customers achieve their desired outcomes and realize value by using Amenity solutions and technology. Its main activities are solution architecture, - planning, use-case implementation, deployment and operationalization & operational support. These activities result in: reduced time to value, churn prevention, and expand usage and revenue from existing clientsThe SPM is a coach, a communicator, an expectation manager, a facilitator and Amenity ambassador!ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Resource Management: Manage end-to-end solution delivery-related activities within agreed timeline and budgets - Manage SC team activities to exceed customer business requirements to match contract expectations Manage communication flow between all relevant parties involved in the project - Handle escalation of issues that will significantly impact delivery of the project Track progress, identify risks and provide mitigation steps Help the SC manager and team define and adopt delivery standards and best practices for delivery excellence Enforce and improve the operational processes, systems and procedures to support client deliverablesBusiness Value & Relationship: Leading project team to provide successful solution deployments and ensuring proper business value while maintaining high customer satisfaction Consistently anticipate, influence and manage client expectations, based on contractual agreements Strengthen relationships between the SC and the clientOpportunity Management: Review and contribute contracts documents to ensure high quality and appropriate scoping to meet the customer's requirements and risk management. Partner with the sales account executive to drive clarity and customer business value understanding Leveraging client relationships to drive opportunities for additional services/use-cases delivery QualificationsManagerial maturity and ability to influenceCustomer and solution focus. Positive and goal-oriented attitudeAbility to create clarity and clearly communicateAbility to motivate project team, encourage teamwork and collaboration to drive business success and manage changeProblem solving, risk management, stakeholder management, escalation managementAbility to handle the pressure and stress that can emerge, take the right decisions and trade-offs. Perform well under pressure to keep the project on the path to success5+ years of of related experience in project management and delivery in a technical environmentSkilled with project management tools and applications (i.e., spreadsheets, Jira, MS Project, etc.)Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to provide strong and proactive leadership for assigned projectsBachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience is requiredPMP preferredNew York, NY /Solution Center - Solution Center /Full Time (temporarily remote)
