Job DescriptionWho You Are:The Senior Business Manager plays a
pivotal role in driving action within the agency. They are our
lifeblood; they make things happen, they get things done. The
Senior Business Manager knows how to manage a project manager, they
are ready, willing, and able to step up and lead when required.
They have asked the right questions and understand what makes
effective award-winning work. They can confidently run a client
meeting and have made inroads when it comes to gaining the client's
trust and respect.The right candidate has displayed outstanding
competence and confidence, having already established themselves as
a reliable Business Manager. They have 5-6 years of experience and
are ready to move into a role that positions them at the center of
the action - both with the client and with the internal agency
team.The Senior Business Manager is curious and thoughtful; they
spot holes, outmoded methods, and inefficiencies and say – "I have
an idea about how to do that better". They always offer solutions
alongside problems as they arise; this individual is a strategic
thinker who relishes not just the making of the work but talking
about why we make the work and how that work will drive business
outcomes for our clients and the agency alike.As they develop in
this role, the Senior Business Manager will start to flex the
leadership qualities that we look for in our Business Director's –
Enterprise Leadership, Command of the Business, Command of the
Room, Mastery of Debate, and Motivation of the Army. What You'll
Do:The Senior Business Manager will own workstreams, reporting to
the Business Director, but building the project path from the
ground up; to do so they will work in close partnership with
Project Management. The Senior Business Manager will run client
meetings, tackle contact reports, and make sure the work is
delivered on time, on brief, and on budget; they will also be
responsible for tracking all client approvals, and trafficking
final campaign assets.As a member of the Business Department at
