This acute care facility is home to over 150+ beds and several specialties such as trauma, comprehensive cancer care, heart, dialysis and surgery. The Hospital Laboratory Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of laboratory operations including the development, coordination, and direction of systems and processes which yield an effective, efficient approach to Clinical laboratory and Pathology services. Laboratory directors will develop laboratory policies, programs and practices. -The Hospital Director of Laboratory Services will require a Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology, or professional training through the US Military. Masters Degree preferred. Licensure by NYS SED as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist required, MT (ASCP) preferred. 10 years of practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, and 5 years of manager or director experience required for this role. -Located in a beautiful town in Upstate New York this facility is surrounded by breathtaking scenery anytime of year.
