Position Summary
Reporting directly to, and working under the guidance of the Director of Member Services, this position will serve as an important member of the WTCA team, providing creative problem solving, critical thinking and project management to support robust growth plans. As part of a small team, this position presents the right candidate with a fantastic chance to make a real impact, enrich both their skillset and leadership abilities, and gain valuable international experience working across cultures and regions of the globe.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will plan and lead initiatives to enrich Member engagement and strengthen the WTCA brand. General duties include:
- - - - - - - - -Member Programs: Manage the development and execution of strategic projects to engage and nurture relationships with Members. This includes spearheading programs such as the Member Advisory Councils, the Member On-Boarding program, and a new Member Mentor program.
- - - - - - - - -Value-Added Resources: Create and manage resources and tools that enrich and deepen Member engagement and retention, such as digital tools, educational webinars, and affinity programs.
- - - - - - - - -General Duties: Help to manage the department's ongoing projects and support the Director with general duties as necessary.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- - - - - - - - -Seven-to-ten years of professional experience in membership or client relations, campaign and/or community management, marketing, or related fields
- - - - - - - - -Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree or certification a plus
- - - - - - - - -Proficient in English, additional foreign language(s) a plus
- - - - - - - - -Advanced with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- - - - - - - - -Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams
- - - - - - - - -Portfolio of demonstrated success stories
- - - - - - - - -References as requested

Travel and Working Hours Requirements
- - - - - - - - -Minimal travel requirements
- - - - - - - - -May need to occasionally (infrequently) work outside of U.S. business hours to accommodate Members
