Our client, a fast-growing luxury goods company, is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities
Oversee retailer-specific marketing initiatives across channels
Oversee all calendar communication, ad copy, and creativity used within marketing across retail partners
Allocate retailer/seasonal budgets for campaigns
Develop and maintain reporting on all levels of data for ROI and KPI metrics
Lead in-store visuals and manage promotional GWP programs

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience in a luxury goods sales environment in a Marketing role
Beauty experience preferred
Experience working with major retailers
Entrepreneurial mindset
