We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join a growing
global Product Marketing organization, with a focus on driving
product marketing work for Samsung's ad tech platforms (Samsung
DSP, Samsung SSP, etc).
This person is a self-starter, is passionate about solving
problems, and will bring product marketing best-practices to a
programmatic ecosystem, where product-market fit is forever
evolving. From conducting market intelligence to developing
foundational collateral, this person is a builder--capable of
flexing and contributing wherever the market leads.The Senior
Manager, Product Marketing - Ad Tech Platforms will partner with
Product Management, Product Strategy, Strategic Marketing,
Analytics and Insights and the Business team, ensuring shared
market knowledge, clear roadmap prioritization, and streamlined
communication.
Candidates must have a strong knowledge base of programmatic
advertising, with CTV experience as a plus. This person will be
expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.The Sr.
Manager of Product Marketing will report directly to the Head of
Market Intelligence and Product Strategy and will be based in New
York City with domestic US travel as needed. If youre interested in

responsibilities include: - Lead GTM efforts tied to Samsung DSP,
with a focus on North America and Latin America. - Partner closely
with Agency Sales team to gather feedback and learnings from the
marketplace to informally augment Buyer Personas track - Own
marketing intelligence efforts for Samsung's ad tech platforms.
Identify trends and opportunities to guide product-marketing fit
analysis; informing internal prioritization, product innovation and
roadmap planning. - Play an integral role in identifying and
prioritizing product development needs based on sales and
marketplace feedback and communicate business requirements
effectively to help drive an impactful product roadmap. -
Articulate/enhance product positioning for platforms, including
narrative development where appropriate - Drive product
communications and gear the business team with most relevant
information on new product innovations and in-market product
enhancements. - Serve as an evangelist and subject matter expert
for Samsung Ads tech products, partnering closely with sales and
strategic marketing/PR for thought leadership social media, and
speaking engagements.
Qualifications: - 8+ years working in an organization that supports
the Advertising Sales function with Fortune 500 brands. - Deep
understanding of programmatic buying, preferably with experience at
an AdTech software company - Strong analytical chops and
storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts
into simple ideas; PowerPoint skills preferred. - Experience
working with Data and Insights teams to support media buyers,
particularly in the area of packaging and positioning including
insights as a key element of the media buy, both pre- and
post-campaign. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising or
related field, Master or MBA degree a plus. - Experience in leading
training sessions for a national sales organization and helping
communicate a narrative, not just features and benefits. -
Creativity, not willing to accept the status quo, and work to build
support and consensus for ideas across teams is highly valued. -
Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, while
understanding the day-to-day lives of TV and Media buyers either
through programmatic or direct buying channels. - Willingness to
help others, continually learn and apply a healthy sense of humor
where appropriate.
