Cloudmed is seeking a Manager to join our Optimization Suite in
Client Delivery. As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be
responsible for the general management of your book of business as
well as oversee the outcomes of your Co-Op's client base. -Our
Client Delivery Managers are responsible for end-to-end client
satisfaction starting with implementation and ultimately resulting
in long term and high touch solution management. Serving as client
advocate at the operational and executive level and coordinate
between internal departments.

barriers that impact client revenue
Track Client Engagement status in conjunction with Co-Op members to
preemptively recognize and escalate potential client risk
Maintain ownership of strategic client relationships, ensuring our
delivery standards are consistently met.
3+ years of account management, client success management, and/or
revenue cycle operations consulting experience.
Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching
Strong knowledge of our client-facing and internal applications
Excellent communication, listening skills, and emotional
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including basic to intermediate
Ability to travel up to 20% (dependent on health/regulatory
Healthcare revenue integrity and revenue cycle experience working
with acute care provider organizations.
