OVERVIEW
The Manager, Emerging Accounts will hire, manage, and develop a
team of 4-6 Salespeople based in NYC. This team is responsible for
activating, maintaining, and growing relationships with CPGs in the
non-food vertical.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Hire, grow and develop top performers who put customer goals
first, while exceeding quarterly revenue targets -
- Coach and develop sellers by troubleshooting common issues and
building scalable sales processes and narratives
- Identify ways to effectively balance sales opportunities,
client management, and new advertiser onboarding across the
team
- Develop, communicate and iterate on best practices that will
serve as the foundation for this growing team
- Help your team proactively assess, clarify and validate
customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Partner with sales leadership to accurately forecast existing
revenue pipelines as well as expected revenue from new
clients
- Reinforce our position as a leading performance-based channel
by staying on top of industry trends and developing solutions that
meet our clients' current needs
- Develop vertical expertise and disseminate knowledge with
internal teams and externally in client meetings and industry
conferences as needed
- Help support C suite client meetings for your vertical and
support reps
ABOUT YOU
- 7-9 years work experience
- Sales team leadership experience in fast-paced
environment
- Understanding of the CPG environment either through direct
sales experience or similar exposure
- Open to occasional travel
- Experience presenting to potential and current clients
- Experienced in Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, facilitating
webinars / video conferences
- Experienced with Salesforce
- Comfortable with public speaking
