Embark on a journey with us to maximize global impact, motivated by the idea that our products will change the lives of millions along with the people you love.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly driven Associate Product Manager who is passionate about changing healthcare to support our Blueprint) offerings at Butterfly. You will work cross-functionally to define product requirements and deliver production ready systems that enable a device agnostic ultrasound platform, and allow clinicians to leverage ultrasound to improve their patient's course of care. As an Associate Product Manager, you will focus on anticipating customer needs, designing simple, yet functional solutions and assessing tradeoffs for implementation and engineering priorities. As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Implement the strategy, execution, and support for the enterprise business vertical.
  • Ensure that changes made to one product in the portfolio align with, or do not contradict other orthogonal products.
  • Research and deeply understand the competitive landscape as an input for requirements into a well-defined strategy and product roadmap.
  • Rely on data to inform decisions and prioritization decisions
  • Engage a core group of stakeholders, both internal and external, to inform, validate and shape the clinical experience roadmap.
  • Work closely with Butterfly internal teams to identify future product needs while continually improving the efficiency and delivery of complex features.
  • Partner with Butterfly internal teams to ensure robust feature rollouts.
  • Write detailed technical specifications and ensure features work to spec.
  • Partner with engineering to work through implementation details, spec reviews, design reviews and ensure the on time delivery of features.
  • Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities.
  • Serve as a leader and mentor for more junior members of the Butterfly Product team

    • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.
    • 1-3+ years of experience in Software Product Management, or a related field, focused on building enterprise software.
    • Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
    • Experience informing product strategy and building software in high growth environments
    • Interest in learning agile development and scrum team rituals
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to translate and articulate complicated business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with a distributed team
