This position will be focused on helping our clients conduct better measurement and proving incrementality from our platform. The role will be based in either New York City, Austin, or San Francisco.
Responsibilities:- Partner with Global PSO, PM, Eng, Sales and Marketing Science especially across all our Lift Solutions specifically: Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, Sales Lift, and Store Visits; identifying and solving for gaps in our offerings and respective positionings and narratives. - Partner closely with our Sales and Marketing Science teams to deeply understand businesses measurement pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development. - Partner with Global PSO and PM regarding both inbound and outbound GTMs. - Partner with Sales and Marketing Science on the debriefing of marketing campaign measurement. Make recommendations from insight to drive best practice and revenue growth. - Maximize value from measurement across the region by implementing meta studies and ensuring inclusion of results in case studies and at industry events. - Partner with cross-functional teams such as NABM, and Brand and Performance PMM, to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives.- Contribute to and lead in internal and industry-related conversations (oral and written) pertaining to incrementality, respective methodologies and industry / platform positioning.
Minimum Qualifications:- BA/BS degree or above. - 5+ years of market research experience, media agency analytics experience or product marketing experience with digital ad (measurement) products. - 5+ years of experience from the digital advertising industry. - Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes. - Experience working with clients on qualitative and quantitative measurement of marketing campaigns. An understanding of the measurement solutions provided in market and an ability to advise businesses on these. - A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.- A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis. - Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.- Experience developing new measurement solutions to service client marketing objectives.- Experience working in product marketing, or related field.
