Responsibilities Lead a team of BDRs/ISRs to identify qualified
opportunities, set meetings, run demos, and close new business. A
true passion for sales & technology - we want leaders who love what
they do and inspire their team. Run sales and activity based
incentive programs 1:1 call coaching for reps - objection handling,
setting the meeting, etc. Build winning teams through attracting,
hiring and developing the world's best Business Development Reps
and Inside Sales professionals. Group coaching sessions and
training presentations Pipeline reviews and forecasting team
production Setting individual and team goals Organizing and
executing team events and recognitions Evaluate performances by
monitoring reports and uphold a culture of sales excellence through
performance plans and performance management Qualifications 5+ year
of management and leadership experience Detailed understanding of
sales processes, sales reporting including sales forecasting,
territory planning & management Self-confident with the ability to
work with and influence senior management Ability to build and
maintain strong relationships, gaining trust and confidence as a
strategic partner from all levels within the organization Very
strong work ethic and team player with a positive "figure it out,
do what it takes, in it to win it" attitude Experience building
programs from the ground up to drive high performing organizations.
Proven success in driving pipeline through inbound and outbound
prospecting strategies leveraging ZoomInfo and Salesforce.com An
understanding of IT technologies / IT pros and how they like to
work, communicate, learn, and have fun IPsoft is a true
