Job Description:
Responsibilities Include
Support service team leaders with primary focus on client service
and delivery of service to professional service firm clients
Assist in all phases of client relationship management and
retention strategies with a focus on service and delivery of Lemme,
a division of EPIC and other EPIC resources
Work closely with service team leaders to service of clients
including the following tasks:
Identify, analyze, and quantify risk exposures for
clients/prospects and recommend appropriate insurance products and
service requirements
Create and submit renewal specifications to the marketplace and
consult with clients in the development of underwriting materials
for submission to markets
Negotiate policy terms, conditions, premiums, and collateral
Present marketing results to clients
Review quotes, binders, policies and endorsements for accuracy and
transmit to clients
Support investigation and efforts to resolve policy and/or claims
issues between insured and insurer
Support the collection of claims information and payouts, as
required
Ensure service of clients' daily account needs are met
Develop productive business relationships with key insurance
underwriters
Keep client abreast of marketplace financial conditions,
developments and innovations
Implement and maintain a quality service plan in all areas of
client deliverables
Support and grow ongoing client relationships
Oversee the creation of certificates of insurance
Request invoices, ensure timely payment and remittance
Review contracts and insurance requirements for clients and
identify gaps in coverage, suitability, and errors and document
findings for internal quality review
Oversea creation of loss summaries for analysis and participate in
analysis
Assist with special projects and client requests
Produce renewal strategy, renewal presentation and stewardship
reports as directed by service team leader
Coordinate international placements/services with our international
broker network, as required
Contribute to winning prospect opportunities, including preparation
of capabilities presentations, written RFP responses and oral
presentations
Understand and deploy Risk Consulting Services (Claims, Loss
Control & Regulatory)
Perform other such duties as may be assigned by the company at its
discretion from time to time
Communicate client developments and service results, market
conditions and developments and team member performance to team
leadership regularly
Train team members including, specifically, assistance with
onboarding training and development as requested
Coordinate with specialty product resources to understand recent
trends across products, markets and other industries
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5 to 10 years of insurance industry client service experience, with
some focus in professional liability
Service team experience, including experience negotiating with
insurance markets and presenting to clients
Experience working with an agency management system such as Sagitta
or Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook) and Adobe
Holds appropriate Broker's License(s)

Strong communication skills-in person/over the phone/and in
writing
Ability to accomplish tasks of leadership
Ability to work with and through people
Ability to evaluate personal attitudes and behaviors and adjusting
when necessary
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to exercise practical judgment.
Highly motivated self-starter.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications-especially Word and
Excel
Proficient in Adobe solutions
Licensed professional a plus
Location: Remote anywhere in the US.
