OBJECTIVES:Takeda SQS is looking to add individuals to our team

statistical programming function, exceptional leaders and

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develops and executes strategy aimed at
supporting operational excellence for the SQS organization through
monitoring of resources, metrics and KPIs to ensure seemless
delivery on a complex portfolioEvaluate gaps and design new
business models that streamline existing business processes related
to statistical operations and associated technologiesEvaluate
industry trends and best practices with respect to cutting-edge
tools and novel programming approaches that leverage machine
learning, AI, and metadata driven processes to determine
organizational fitProvide vision for tools and dashboards aimed at
monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process
performanceProvide leadership across the SQS organization for
implementation and training on new processes and operational
support toolsOversee development of documentation and training
materials associated with new processes and tools to ensure
consistency in strategyLead change management within the SQS
organizationSuccessfully engages cross-functionally to progress
tasks with proven influencing skillsLeads to successful completion
process improvement initiatives related to the applications of
technology, resource managagement, portfolio support and other key

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: BA/BS in data science,
statistics or a related field with minimum of 10 years of relevant
experience in pharmaceutical industry. MA/MS/MBA a plus..
Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research with emphasis on
statistics and statistical programming Demonstrated experience in
managing complex projects towards process improvements Demonstrated
knowledge and application of business modeling, process design and
facilitationExtensive hands-on experience with process improvement
principles and practices Intermediate level proficiency in SAS, R,
Python or other programming language.Experience in developing and
delivering exceptional training materials Proven experience working
with a matrix organization on strategic change management projects
Experience in problem solving, negotiations, and collaborative team
building with non-direct reports and other stakeholdersOperational
experience in pharmaceutical drug development with significant
