Job DescriptionOUR MISSIONPerry Health is on a mission to rethink chronic care delivery through a purely-remote, continuous care model. This remote-first approach allows us to extend high-quality specialist care to all patients, regardless of geography or other care disparities. Although we plan on making Perry available to every patient with a chronic illness, we're starting with a focus on Medicare patients living with diabetes. Perry's remote care fills the necessary gap between physician appointments for our patients.We equip our patients with cellular-connected devices (glucometers, blood pressure cuffs, etc.) that transmit data passively upon use, allowing even the most tech naive patient to participate. This real-time data flows to Perry's team of clinicians (physicians, nurses, dietitians), who monitor trends in the data and deliver proactive care over the phone. We've built a proprietary continuous-care Electronic Health Record (EHR), which can ingest these data pipelines and build elegant workflows on top of them for our clinical staff. Facing a chronic disease alone is overwhelming and isolating, and we aim to alleviate that emotional burden by providing care to our members 24/7.Our high-touch approach to chronic care management creates tangible outcomes for our members and thousands of dollars in savings to the system by preventing hospitalizations, and we're just getting started.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for an experienced analyst and operator who is passionate about changing health. You will be a key cross-functional leader, driving forward company-wide decisions and strategic initiatives with an aim to improve our sales efficiency, streamline operations, and build for scale within our sales & member experience teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage data and sales/member/clinical insights to identify areas of opportunity including actionable interventions
  • Identifying necessary resources, developing plans for data-related projects, and determining timelines and milestones
  • Reports the results of sales and enrollment teams to management and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams to determine the areas to be analyzed and see that appropriate measures are taken to ensure data analysis is useful.
  • Solicit and respond to feedback internally and externally, continually seeking opportunities to improve the sales and enrollment experience
  • Analyze future and current end-user requirements to improve sales and member experience operations
  • Design reports needed to inform operational workflows or improve the efficiency of our sales and member experience teams QUALIFICATIONS
    • Creative problem solver with the ability to partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders to arrive at structured solutions to complex problems
    • Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships amongst different departments and to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Creative thinking, an eye for detail, working independently, and a positive attitude
    • You have experience using visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Mode, Domo, Matplotlib, ggplot2)
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience with an emphasis on data analysis, and visualization/ dashboarding
    • Expert level SQL and familiarity with a data scripting language (e.g. Python, R, Stata)
    • BA/BS or equivalent - healthcare information management, economics, informatics, statistics, business or another quantitative. MS or MBA preferable
