where you come in! The Role: Socure is at the forefront of the
identity verification field, and we are looking for an experienced
Director of Analyst Relations with a proven track record to help
drive market awareness and exposure of Socure's extensive product
suite. In this role, you will take ownership of our partnership
with all major analyst firms, including Forrester and Gartner, as
well as various boutique firms. You will be reporting directly to
Gary Sevounts, Chief Marketing Officer. What You'll Do: Participate
in and influence the definition of the revenue intelligence
category with major analyst firms, including Forrester and Gartner,
as well as top rated boutique firms Coordinate briefings,
inquiries, and analysts days and develop content for such
engagements Validate go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with analysts
such as messaging, pricing, and new market entry Achieve top
positioning in all research assessments involving identity
verification, fraud prevention, and parallel fields Keep analysts
apprised of significant changes and/or additions to the Socure
portfolio Prioritize and manage inbound requests for information,
report reviews, speaking engagements, and customer references from
analysts Stay abreast of Socure's products, services, roadmap and
build relationships with cross functional teams including product,
strategy, and sales What You'll Bring: 8+ years in analyst
relations in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the identity, fraud,
payments, cybersecurity, or financial industry space. Proven
excellence in building and maintaining analyst relations,
preferably at a high-growth high-tech company Demonstrated ability
to effectively position B2B products for growth in the market,
working with marketing and sales teams to build a high-quality
pipeline, while increasing the velocity and rate of closing deals.
Self-starter, quick learner, with sharp business acumen. Effective
partner to all functions from data science and product to sales and
marketing. Adept at influencing peers and managers, and building
consensus in an ever-changing, high-pressure, and fast-paced
environment. Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal,
visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to interpret data and
qualitative research and then distill it into actionable, key
takeaways. You are comfortable working remotely as part of a
growing, distributed marketing organization, with a high level of
autonomy. You can devise your own schedule and effectively manage
your workload based on the biggest opportunities and company
objectives. Bachelor's degree or related experience, MBA preferred
but not required. Agile, you can handle challenges while
maintaining your cool and sense of humor as a true team player.
