world. As a Product Analytics Manager, your role is crucial to our
mission of delivering an outstanding experience to our loyal and
engaged readers and advertisers. The analyst will be working with
one of our product groups to deliver actionable insights,
dashboards and experiments that help Cond Nast achieve its
ambitious product OKRs.The Analytics Manager should be
entrepreneurial, be able and willing to synthesize relevant
information to provide guidance for internal stakeholders,
influence and communicate effectively, and be an exceptional team
player who is proactive, thorough, sceptical, detail-oriented, and
highly organized.Primary Responsibilities:Provide full-stack
analytical support to a focused group of product managers,
including OKR measurement and analysisWork with one of the product
pillars to understand business goals and product requirements and
specifications to empower them with actionable insightsParticipate
in the analytics, testing and tracking discussions, to ensure all
required data and metrics are appropriately implementedProduce
analytical deep dives, focusing on actionable insights and
recommendations, to address opportunities for product
improvementIdeate and design a/b tests with the team; analyze and
storytell experiment results with proven statistical methodsCreate
effective dashboards using data visualization toolsMeasure and
recommend product feature engagement and performanceDesired Skills
& Qualifications:Previous experience (5+ years) in a similar
product analytics role, with a focus on innovative insights/deep
dives, experimentation, visualization, stakeholder relationships
and/or data storytellingExceptional critical thinking,
problem-solving and analytical investigation skillsStrong business
acumen, product thinking and understanding of customer
behaviourAdvanced SQL to extract, manipulate and model data
(required)Hands-on experience with a/b testing and/or multivariate
testing tools and statistics, used to optimize consumer
experiencesWorking knowledge of visualisation tools and
methodsProven ability to work with engineers and product managers
on OKRs and tracking implementation of new features and
experimentsExcellent communication skills, including synthesis,
presentation and storytellingPreferred: Understanding of
statistical models such as linear & logistic regression, clustering
and segmentation, etc.Preferred: Advanced data storytelling and
visualization skillsPreferred: Deep understanding of database
technologies, specifically relational databases, data warehousing,
or other database query tools and languagesPreferred: Advanced data
modelling skills and basic knowledge of analytics engineering
processes and toolsPreferred: Bachelor's degree in quantitative
