world-class growth marketing team and are looking for an
analytical, creative, supportive and strategic individual to join
as a Growth Marketing Manager (official title: "Performance
Marketing Manager"). You will be instrumental in helping us scale
our Direct to Consumer marketing initiatives and help us launch key
strategic projects. This would involve rapidly scaling current
opportunities and generating new ideas that can grow into long term
revenue drivers. You will be working across organic, paid media
channels, primarily Social, Search (PPC), Programmatic Display,
Online Video, for Web, Mobile and Mac products. You'll also be
creating and executing key experiments to improve our mobile app
conversion and retention rates. It's an exciting time to come
aboard, drive digital marketing strategy and help in substantially
growing the business together. This is a remote-friendly
opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarter is located),
or anywhere in the US. As Our Performance Marketing Manager You
Will: Manage end-to-end funnels, including integrating new traffic
sources, managing campaigns, and collaborating with marketing and
product to produce top-class ads Manage substantial advertising
budget and deliver to very strong ROAS expectations Co-operate with
partners and internal cross-functional teams - product team,
creative, analytics, web, and product to create a positive brand
story and optimize processes Distill data and present deep insights
supporting the shape of Edison's paid media strategy Provide
recommendations and assist with new strategies for keyword
opportunities and App Store Optimization (ASO) Design and be
responsible to execute A/B tests to maximize ROAS and mobile app
conversion rates You Are Likely To Succeed If You Have: 2+ years
hands-on experience in managing paid advertising channels
(preferably Organic growth, Paid Social & Paid Search) Bachelor's
Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Econ or similar
analytical field of study Must love data - good at mining deeper
learnings & driving efficiencies based on the insights Advanced
Microsoft Excel domain knowledge with a desire to develop
additional technical skills Strong business logic thinker who
quickly identifies new opportunities to challenge the status quo
Strong consumer marketing experience and passion for retail, mobile
and/or omnichannel e-commerce International growth marketing

position is anticipated to be $140K - $160K .The final offer may be
determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to,
the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as
well as internal team benchmarks. The compensation package also
includes equity. This role may be performed fully remotely within
the United States. Please note that our US headquarters are located
in NYC. We also have office hubs in Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain
View, and Seattle. If the remote work is performed outside of these
offices, income may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
