We empower brands to efficiently engage consumers in major markets across the U.S. including New York City, Chicago, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Miami.We're looking for a Client Solutions Manager who will work closely with Sales, product management, and engineering to help close deals and execute strategic solutions for customers and partners. Candidates should have prior experience focused on delivering excellent customer service, driving campaign performance and achieving a successful renewal rate. He/she must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the advertising industry across digital & programmatic platforms.If you're interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising organization with a relentless focus on design and customer experience, you've come to the right place!ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and support response to requests for proposals (RFPs), i.e. present recommendations and associated benefits to customersWork with the customers to identify requirements for product related matters including measurement and integrationsFollow campaigns and provide updates to the customers on progress of their campaignsPresent the results of campaigns and work with the sales team to continuously grow the accountsRefine and scale the core sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification and proof-of-conceptDevelop solutions and customer proposalsDevelop and deliver product and solution demonstrations including presentation templates that ensure brand consistencyWork with sales leadership and customers to design, create and present business solutions to increase client revenue growthDrive the development of account plans for larger customersOnce sales increase, recruit, mentor, and develop the enterprise class sales engineering teamPromote products and business solutions at conferences, forums, and seminarsParticipate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leaderCollaborate with a variety of internal functional areas to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in-line with client expectationsProvide input on product development or enhancements to existing products to product management functionsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree with relevant major preferred3+ years of experience in digital advertisingStrong background in advertising measurement, data, analytics and marketing KPIsA strong understanding of the OOH as well as Digital Marketing/Advertising solutions - Tag management solutions, DMPs, DSPs, and programmatic systems Ability to analyze data and summarize results in a visually compelling way and an innate ability to extract stories from data Experience in a large agency supporting sales activities is a huge plusStrong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellenceAbility to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challengesStrong analytical skills; must be comfortable with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologiesMust be task driven and have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast paced environmentFirefly Is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
