About The Role

As the Senior Product Manager, Platform for K's Enterprise team, you will drive product strategy and execution around key platform capabilities that enable us to build a large-scale digital primary care delivery model. You will help manage and prioritize the enterprise platform roadmap and work closely with your engineering and customer deployment stakeholders to deliver excellent products.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Product for K Enterprise. You will be joining a team that is passionate about making healthcare more accessible for millions of people by collaborating with our large payer and employer customers.

What you'll do:
Champion and drive product initiatives that have the highest impact on the departmental and enterprise team OKRs, and clearly be able to communicate the value and business impact that each initiative represents to senior leadership and other internal and external stakeholders
Analyze the results of your team's efforts both quantitatively and qualitatively, and regularly report out on successes and failures
Work on initiatives such as (but not limited to): SSO/OAuth, account eligibility, data interoperability, claims payment, member cost share payment collection, provider performance/clinical outcomes, risk adjustment, enterprise user onboarding and marketing funnel optimization
Work with the core app teams to communicate and collaborate on cross-functional product initiatives across the organization for enterprise partners
Implement a transparent and efficient product development process for the platform team in partnership with engineering, sales/account management, and customer implementation teams that
Establish a consistent communication cadence with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on prioritization of opportunities and progress
Bring attention to key trade-offs and create the right forums for strategic decision-making in collaboration with stakeholders

What you'll bring:
Computer science or related technical background preferred
5+ years of product management experience with a track record of successful product releases in your previous roles, that delivered on your organization's roadmap OKRs
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication and presentation skills, with established track record of deep collaboration with operational and/or clinical teams and analytics teams
Proven experience defining a relevant product strategy for a complex business area, and consistently delivering against measurable goals
Self-starter with ability to thrive in ambiguity as we scale K's Enterprise business from 1 to 100
SCRUM/Agile experience
Experience working with APIs and/or SDKs
Experience with health care, claims/eligibility a plus
Experience with start-ups or consumer-obsessed products a plus
A desire to join a mission-driven company that is changing the way people access healthcare
