About The Role
Our website is the first port of call for the majority of our
members, and as such, their experience on it is of the utmost
importance to the success of the Industrious brand. This Web
Optimization Manager role will sit between the collective
intelligence of our Performance, Creative, Brand and Digital
Product teams ensuring insights into our audience and their needs
are infused into the web experience. You will report to the Senior
Director of Performance Marketing and have your primary
responsibilities focused with Search Engine Optimization (SEO),
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Marketing Web
Management.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): You will serve as the liaison
between a 3rd Party SEO focused partner and help guide technical
and content updates necessary to improve our ranking for key terms
and boost the organic profile of Industrious.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Utilizing our newly minted CRO
platform, Intellimize, you will guide implementation and testing of
new web experiences, including, landing page creation, multivariate
testing, reporting and creative analysis.
Marketing Web Management: You will support ad-hoc requests, project
management support with our engineering team, and making updates to
pages as needed, per Marketing team initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop Industrious's SEO and website optimization strategy and
oversee the process from start to finish; managing everything from
ideation to execution, through to analysis & reporting
Establish KPI's and develop reporting using internal programs (such
as Tableau, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
Own the website roadmap from a marketing perspective, ensuring
projects are prioritized in a way that achieves OKRs. This includes
aligning key stakeholders and contributors
Execute CRO testing and multivariate testing to improve customer
experience and increase conversion rates
Manage, organize, and present data in a clear, concise and
actionable format to the larger marketing team and organization
Troubleshoot and identify existing issues within the funnel to help
drive a cohesive optimization testing strategy, aiming to remove
friction and streamline the application process
Identify gaps in tracking and work with the product team to tag all
necessary events for a holistic view of the customer journey
Desire to be the subject matter expert on all things website
performance
Conduct UX research to better understand our user's behavior and
goals
Maintain a close eye on the competitive landscape to help inform
decisions and stay on top of new trends; constantly finding ways to
differentiate our brand in the competitive coworking vertical and
identifying best practices
Project manage our development team by leading daily website
standups, sprint planning, and organization of Jira tickets
Requirements
4-6 years experience developing, launching, and analyzing CRO
tests
Experience with technical or content SEO best practices
Proven track record of improving CVR through website testing
Deep understanding of different marketing channels & customer
journeys
Experience with website testing platforms (Intellimize, Optimize,
Optimizely, etc.)
High level of competency with Google Analytics and Google Tag
Manager to ensure we are measuring the correct data
Familiarity with issue and project tracking software, such as
Jira
Project management experience and leading a team of developers is a
plus
Strong analytics skills and data-driven mindset
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
