If you select a Bloomberg employee as a referral source when applying, or if at any point during the application process you or a Bloomberg employee subsequently identify a Bloomberg employee as your referral source, your referrer will receive notification of your progress through the recruitment process in accordance with our Employee Referral policy. Do not provide information about others unless you are authorized to do so and consent to have all information used, disclosed, and transferred in accordance with these terms. By submitting information about others, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and that you have received authorization from the person about whom you are providing the information and that person has consented to have all information used, disclosed, and transferred in accordance with these terms.
If you are offered an Early Engagement Program opportunity at Bloomberg, such offer is contingent on the satisfactory results of a background search, where permissible under local law. In addition, you agree that you are not party to any agreement, or subject to any legal obligation, that would in any way restrict you, or interfere with your ability to fully perform the requirements of the Early Engagement Program opportunity for which you are applying, and that you must disclose to the Company any such agreement or obligation before the Company considers your application.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and up-to-date. Depending on the jurisdiction, you may review, update or request removal of your personal applicant/profile information at any time using this site or by AMER_recruit@bloomberg.net (Americas), EMEA_recruit@bloomberg.net (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), or APAC_recruit@bloomberg.net (Asia-Pacific), based on the region you are submitting an application for. Depending on the jurisdiction, you may also have the right to request that we refrain from processing personal information. Please bear in mind that if you exercise such rights this may affect our ability to consider your application. Please note that it may take some time to process your request, consistent with applicable law. You also understand and agree that any misstatement, false information, or omission deemed significant by Bloomberg may disqualify you from consideration, and/or may be reason for removal from the Early Engagement Program if discovered after an offer of an Early Engagement Program opportunity has been extended to you.
The Company has implemented a vaccine mandate in all of its U.S. offices. As such, any offer you may receive is contingent upon your being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the commencement of your Early Engagement Program opportunity, subject to Company approved accommodations as required by law for medical and religious reasons. You will be considered fully vaccinated if you have received all recommended doses of a COVID-19 vaccine that has been authorized or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or is listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO).
By clicking 'I Agree' and submitting your application, you consent to Bloomberg processing your data in the manner outlined above and agree that we may use third parties to verify your information. However, we will not seek any additional data from those third parties without your explicit prior consent.
