New York Empire Baseball continues to grow and expand from our
home in Manhattan - and we're adding a full-time Director of
Baseball Operations to our Senior Management team!
The Director of Baseball Operations will be responsible for the
management and process improvement of all aspects of our Baseball
Programming, from managing coaches and the player & team
experience, to planning and executing a year-round baseball indoor
and outdoor baseball program. The Director will take a hands-on
approach to every aspect of our programming, from hiring and
training to logistics and execution to player development and will
lead a growing team to continued growth and success on- and

Development, Analytics, and Training staff to ensure that players
and teams are receiving the instruction, coaching, and resources
they need to ensure long term athletic development and success on
The role of Director begins with thoroughly learning our methods
and models - as they may differ from what has been taught
traditionally. From there, the Director will be responsible for
continuing to build a scalable, world class program of players,
coaches, and teams here and in additional locations. Familiarity
and experience with the industry's leading technologies and thought
leaders is required. We currently use tools from Blast Motion,
K-Motion, Rapsodo, HitTrax, Pocket Radar, and others, and all of
our Coaches are Driveline Certified, amongst other industry leading
The Director understands that our goal is the development of skills
that scale, and that winning is the result of building great
culture, process, and player/team baseball experience. In this
role, the Director will lead a team of coaches in the most
important responsibility in our Organization: to inform, instruct,
inspire, prepare and motivate our young ballplayers on-the-field
and in The Arena.
