Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Mexico and North Carolina.The Total
Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing compensation and
benefit strategies that drive growth, attract/retain talent,
optimize workforce and drive productivity. The Total Rewards
Manager will create and conduct presentations to explain benefits
and compensation to all employees and senior management. This role
will ensure compliance, cost effectiveness and that healthcare
resources are allocated to support business initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight, expertise and guidance for
employees that are responsible for compensation and benefit
administration. Ensure compliance with applicable laws,
regulations, procedures and policies.Partner with the Finance team
to ensure timely payment of monthly premiums, compensation and
reimbursement procedures.Develop an effective strategy for benefits
enrollment during open enrollment time periods. Create a consistent
compensation guidelines that matches our work and organizational
culture.Complete market studies to ensure compensation practices
allow for strategic talent acquisition and talent retention
practices. Works in partnership with external vendors and
consultants in both benefits and compensation to ensure the company
is positioned competitively and current on trends within the
industry. Plays a critical role in due diligence process and
comprehensive review of all compensation and benefit plans for all
new mergers and acquisitions. Complete analysis and provide reports
to senior management when requested.Evaluate effectiveness of
current benefits and compensation programs, policies and
guidelines, while ensuring they are market competitive, cost
effective and aligned with corporate goalsQualificationsBachelor's
degree, preferred, in Human Resources or related field with a
minimum of 5 + years' experience.Solid understanding of different
benefits plans (retirement, health, dental, vision, etc.) and
compensation analysis.Excellent attention to detail and has strong
organizational skills.Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook.Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority
tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent
communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational
skills required.Strong persuasion and presentation skills to
