be further developed.Overview: Reporting to the team lead, the KAMs
main responsibility is to continuously grow the business of Lenus
by seeking new sales opportunities and to act as a trusted Business
Partner to the existing portfolio of coaches which amounts to
approximately 25 coaches per KAM.The KAM has full autonomy to
manage own portfolio. What you'll do: Sales
- Scouting on social media for new coaches in order to
build/expand own portfolio. Potential new coaches will be presented
to the KAM team for knowledge sharing purposes
- Based on own research, contact potential new coaches in order
to grow the business of LenusBusiness Development
- Responsible for onboarding of new coaches and to provide
guidance and coaching of these coaches
- Act as a trusted business partner and responsible for paving
the way for his/her portfolio of coaches to continuously develop
business strategies that support optimization and scaling of the
individual coach's business
- Provide day-to-day business coaching and input to social media
strategy to coaches in portfolio
- The KAM is fully responsible for planning and executing own
work including decision making regarding how to develop and manage
own portfolio
- Act as the link between the in-house specialists teams
(Marketing, Branding, Web, Design and Nutrition) in order to
support overall business strategyWhat you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree (or relevant experience within the Fitness
industry)
- Must be self-employed and have lots of drive, as well as being
able to plan and structure own workload
- Must have good knowledge of marketing principles in order to
attracted new customers
- Have in depth knowledge of social media
- Be great at building relationship to quickly build own
portfolio of coaches
- Be able to analyze and solve complex challenges.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.Why us? At
