Project Management team is expanding its footprint within the W2O
network, with the goal of driving exponential enterprise efficiency
and establishing a foundation for growth by defining the best
practices, implementing the right tools and systems to allow for
rapid growth and scale, all while delivering the best service to
our clients.The person in this role will partner with the
day-to-day Account lead(s), other core team members as well as
shared service partners. Their mandate is to ensure excellence in
project execution across a program, ensuring services are scoped
and staffed appropriately, that solutions are delivered in
alignment with Statements of Work, completed on time, within budget
and managed to mitigate risk.The Associate Director, Program
Management must work collaboratively across a their team and
possibly the wider W2O organization which includes a complex
network of service pillars, partnering with other PMs to ensure the
team is collaborating on overarching integrated timelines.
TheAssociate Director will help provide insights and partner with
PM leads to create trainings for new processes and systems to
ensure it easily translates to all levels of PM.Responsibilities*
Oversee program(s) up to -$5MM in revenue
* Oversees junior level project managers to ensure excellent
project delivery that is on time and within budget
* Manages larger-scale, cross-pillar and/or "high-profile"
project(s)
* Understands project interdependencies and can identify, address
and carry through inputs and information from one project across
all other projects within the program
* Partner closely with the Account team and other key team members
during the planning phase of projects to help guide on timing,
feasibility of project and identify any barriers that may delay the
initiation of the project/programResponsible for ongoing analysis
and dissemination of financial information such as project burns as
it pertains to the program(s)
* Partner with department leaders and resource management to create
cross-functional teams that can deliver the best integrated
solutions for our clients
* Identify delivery-related risks and develop mitigation plans in
collaboration with account business leads and respective subject
matter experts
Required Skills & Experience* 8+ years of project or
program/project management in a marketing organization with
oversight of other project managers that report to them
(Communications, Marketing, Advertising)
* 1+ years of experience managing a team of project managers
* Understanding of client profitability management, scoping and
budgeting
* A highly effective cross-functional collaborator and
communicator
* Demonstrated ability to simplify and solve complex challenges
* Consultative, client-facing skills with proven track record of
earning client trust and satisfaction
* Strong understanding applying project management processes in a
services organization, with a bias toward agility and
flexibility
* Deep experience delivering integrated work that includes martech,
analytics, paid, search, social, PR, etc.
* Experience in Workfront and/or Scope, a plus
* Background in healthcare marketing, a plus
