Job Description:
The Vice President (VP) role is focused on leading client teams
that deliver best-in-class work to Lippe Taylor Group's clients.

at every turn. As a VP you will play a critical role as a strategic
advisor to clients and help to foster a high-performing, integrated
agency team. You'll work collaboratively across the agency to build
strong, mutually trusting relationships with our clients by
ensuring clear communication and delivering the highest quality
work. Job Responsibilities: Data science assignments involve four
core areas: (1) Software, (2) Analytics Methodology Selection, (3)
Analytics Execution, (4) Data Storytelling. The candidate is
expected to: --- Provide day-to-day support of quantitative
data-related projects --- Lead projects from developing the
research approach, conducting the analytics, through delivering the
insights to the client. --- Pull data from software sources, such
as social listening and media monitoring --- Clean, code, and
manage unstructured (text) datasets --- Conduct data analysis
including advanced statistical techniques such significance
testing, mean, standard deviation --- Visualize data insights using
charts, graphs and tables and develop reports in PowerPoint ---
Develop new data-driven research and insights products that can be
sold into clients --- Ensure data and reporting quality --- Use
digital research tools to analyze the conversation landscape and
identify target audiences and influencers --- Anticipate and
monitor client industry trends, strategic needs, and objectives.
--- Write clearly to communicate with colleagues, research partners
and clients --- Develop new ways to utilize data, scripting
languages (ie., Python), and analytics for enhanced research
approaches and insight solutions --- Brainstorm new product ideas
that leverage our data sources in meaningful ways and help develop
new strategic insights for clients --- Be a storyteller of the data
in ways that are easily understood, compelling to the audiences,
and create insightful calls to action.Qualifications --- 5-10 years
of relevant experience --- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, or Business from an accredited college or
university in a related field --- Excellent PowerPoint & Excel
skills --- Proficient with Python, Orange, R or other comparable
statistical programs --- Working knowledge of descriptive and
inferential statistics, strong analytical skills --- Familiarity or
willingness to learn digital and social media research tools such
as StatSocial, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Shareablee --- Able to
multi-task, strong time management and organizational skills ---
Excellent written and oral skills and the ability to communicate
within an organization --- Serve as the strategic lead, overseeing
and owning strategy and data across all projects --- Leverage
measurement focused insights to optimize strategy, media relations
and program development --- Formulate, develop, and enhance the
strategic processes and frameworks that can be applied from kick
off and planning to measurement and optimization stages --- Provide
insights to clients and/or agency leaders --- Analyze data and
monitor trends to uncover key insights and shape them into
strategic recommendations --- Collaborate with all verticals and
teams to ensure strategic alignment --- Provide leadership for
clients' analytics projects, planning, managing, leading with
support from team --- Develop analytical approaches to solving
business problems and provide thought leadership including
development of and delivery according to roadmaps and plansAbout
