This is where you come in What the role is: This role is responsible for driving the execution of our paid search accounts. As the Paid Media Manager you will work directly in our Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linkedin Ads and 3rd party paid accounts optimizing for volume and efficiency. You will have a critical part in the next stage of our growth by creating new campaigns as we scale. What You'll Do: Researching, analyzing, and optimizing existing campaigns while measuring and reporting on all KPIs Create and execute new campaigns including successful keyword management, creative testing, and bidding strategies on PPC search engines to effectively achieve customer acquisition goals Manage campaign budgets daily Provide thought leadership and competitive strategies to find market gaps for increased campaign success Execute best practice campaign strategies, structure, and reporting Deliver against the performance goals (SQLs and pipeline) by understanding and analyzing metrics on platform and in our CRM What does success look like: Launch new ad campaigns weekly for new topics and verticals Optimize current campaigns to hit and exceed volume and cost per acquisition targets Set up and monitor weekly A/B ad variation tests Report on landing page experiments What You'll Bring: 3-5 years of Search Engine Marketing experience 1 Year agency experience SFDC / Marketo experience Google Ads (Adwords), Microsoft (Bing Ads) and Linkedin Ads Proven track record of success with and deep understanding of large scale paid search programs and strong research capabilities Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and high attention to detail Advanced Excel knowledge for data manipulation and tactical execution including pivot tables, V Look-ups, concatenation, etc Excellent Ad copywriting skills Perks & Benefits: Competitive base salary Equity - every employee is a stakeholder in our enormous upside A tech-first company culture driven by entrepreneurial thinking and talent A great team working in unison towards the same mission Transparency is what our product is built on-and so is our culture Generous medical, dental and vision benefits for employees and their dependents Flexible PTO 401K with company match Free meals, snacks, and drinksand so much more A Message on COVID-19: Socure's number one priority is to safeguard the health and well-being of our team members, our families and our communities.
