Job Description:

Our client is a boutique financial services firm located in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and welcome office visitors
  • Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors
  • Order and stock supplies for the office, as needed
  • Assist with event planning, coordination and execution
  • Maintain conference rooms
  • Manage calendars and book travel arrangements for senior executives -Requirements: -
    • Bachelor's degree -strongly preferred
    • 2+ years of administrative/office management experience
    • Experience in Tech or Financial industries is a plus
    • High level of proficiency in all of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills
