• Lead a team of process consultants -
• Partner with leadership on funding decisions related to expanding existing operations or adding new operational processes
• Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes impacted by:
  • Helping to generate solution and operational efficiency project ideas to improve processes and outcomes
  • Assessing the value of projects to assist with prioritization
  • Serving as a business process expert to help improve business requirements
  • Assisting in developing communications and training materials to socialize and increase adoption of new capabilities
  • Utilizing workforce management and staffing approaches to ensure operations readiness
  • Implement operational enhancements following defined existing processes
  • Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
    • 3+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices -
    • 3+ years experience supervising or managing a team
    • 2+ years of experience in operational processes
    • Experience creating and presenting to senior leadership within the business
    • Proficiency with full MS Suite -
    • Availability to travel up to 15% if needed (once travel resumes)

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
