all.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesWork closely with account,
reporting delivery (both onshore and offshore), and media tech
teams to understand evolving reporting needs & requirements; ensure
all requirements are properly documentedFacilitate kickoff calls
for new projects with cross-functional teams for reporting
management platform onboardsLead daily scrums with reporting
delivery teamCreate onboarding project plan for each onboard and
communicate planned timelines to all parties involved with
onboardManage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional
team members via web-based project management software
(Workfront)Ensure various team members know their project
obligations, and providing them with the necessary support to
achieve themWork with management to scope out project support for
new business and adjust support for existing business when/where
necessaryLearn independently and proactively address
challengesOversee all steps of a project to ensure successful
delivery across various stakeholders and contributorsLead regular
status meetings effectively; capture, store and distribute meeting
notesAct as a point of escalation across various functions to
ensure swift resolution of all issues, bugs, and change
requestsOversee delivery timelines to ensure that goals are being
met, responsibilities are clear, and data quality is at a
sufficiently high levelEvaluate and suggest areas of improvement in
process, approach, and data logisticsManage ongoing support request
queue for report changes and bugs, ensuring that tickets are being
addressed within the appropriate turnaround timeEnsure reporting
delivery team members are logging time regularly to the appropriate
clientsRequirementsQualificationsWillingness to work east coast
hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST - possibly earlier in special
cases)Minimum 5 years in experience leading projects within a
technical delivery roleProven experience in technical project
managementFundamental analytical and conceptual thinking
skillsExcellent documentation skillsExcellent time management and
organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and
communications skills with tenacity to solve clients' problems
quickly and to provide them with excellent serviceProfessional
experience with conflict management and mediationHigh comfort level
in project management with remote contributorsConceptual
understanding of data transformation flows and logicRuthless
attention to detail and high threshold for quality of dataAbility
to handle shifting priorities across multiple siloed client
teamsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and
processesAn enthusiastic and committed attitude, flexible
problem-solver, open to participate and promote change within the
organizationTrack record of self-development and independent
professional growthSome experience working within a digital project
management tool (Workfront, Asana, Wrike, Jira,
etc.)Media/Advertising knowledge a strong plusAdditional
