Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Manager, Experiential Strategy and Insights will serve as a key steward of a wide range of brand, experiential, and cultural marketing solutions. That means we need a true hybrid - an analytical thinker who can quickly turn large amounts of information into actionable insights, and a creative problem solver who can use strategic frameworks to design and implement compelling plans that support brand needs and objectives. Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal strategy, account and creative team members to ensure that all outputs deliver on brand objectives and meet internal quality standardsAssist in authoring and developing all strategic deliverables - from creative briefs to final presentations - on a select accountHelp spearhead workstreams for new business and organic growth opportunitiesServe as a thought leader on industry trends and strategies for internal and external audiencesWork with Director of Experiential Strategy and Insights, as well as SVP of Strategy and Innovation to support ongoing strategy team growth and developmentRequirements3+ years of experiential marketing strategy experience and/or partnership/sponsorship marketing experienceSolid understanding of the tools and frameworks that support brand and experiential marketing strategy developmentAbility to translate research into consumer and cultural insights that inspire award-winning workAbility to develop, sell, and implement strategic plans that inspire and support creative solutionsAbility to maintain and grow internal and external client relationships at all levels of the organizationExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent creative problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsA persuasive and engaging presentation styleStrong interest in and understanding of the cultural forces and trends that impact consumer behavior160/90 is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
