Wealth Management Digital Ecosystem Strategy Lead, SVP - C14 The Wealth Management Digital Ecosystem Strategy Lead, SVP is responsible for driving growth in the wealth management business via Citi's digital ecosystem. Their focus will be on building measurability into these experiences and orchestrating improvements to help the business reach out growth and engagement goals.This role sits on the business strategy team within Citi's new U.S. Wealth Management organization. We offer banking & investing products across the spectrum from self-directed investing to advice as well as financial planning, advice, and other benefits and services tailored to tailored to affluent and high net worth customers through Citigold and Citigold Private Client as well as the new B2B deposit product offer, Citi Alliance. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high growth business at one of the world's leading banks.The ideal candidate has a background in banking for wealth management and experience in digital and content management. They should be able to balance business goals with customer experience. We are looking for someone who is accustomed to working with large cross-functional teams and can clearly articulate business goals and manage many competing priorities.Responsibilities:Strategic oversight of Citi's wealth management digital ecosystem & responsibility for driving organic growth through Citi.com and wealth micrositesIdentify and communicate business challenges and goals related to digital ecosystem and measurement to marketing and agency partners and develop client-centric solutions that deliver results for the businessManage metrics on client engagement on the digital ecosystemBuild processes to ensure coordination across digital platforms, business and marketingAmplify and introduce approved content at the right points in the customer journey to drive business resultsLead projects across their lifecycle: identifying and structuring the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions, communicating project results, and obtaining buy-in for changePartner with and leverage research team to understand consumer insights for brief development and learn from brand research as a way to consistently enhance digital placement of content, events and digital ecosystemManage day-to-day relationship with our agencies and provide direction that is clear and based on concrete rationale.Effectively partner with internal business teams to manage expectations, solve for issues that may arise and consistently add value.Proactively solve issues to ensure consistently breakthrough, relevant, consumer-centric creative.Take ownership over competitive insights for your products/services - ensure working team is aware of new campaigns and implications for Citi.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in marketing, digital client experience and engagement, analytics and managing diverse teamsPassionate about client growth and marketing and curious about new developments in the industryPassionate about how you build delightful and engaging client experiences to draw further client growthLeadership presence: commands respect and will earn trust of senior leadersStrategic ThinkerAbility to problem solve, sound business judgment, and demonstrated result orientationOutstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities; history of academic and professional excellence and achievementCreativity and independent thinkingMulti-tasks productively and reliably, while managing conflicting prioritiesConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationCollaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchiesHighly motivated and with enthusiasm for Financial Services industry and desire to master the businessSound working knowledge of financial modelingHighly proficient in MS PowerPoint and ExcelEducation:Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
