Job Description:

Prestige beauty brand dedicated to UV protection seeking a Creative Project Manager. This role will be responsible for managing creative requests from brief to delivery: working with the requesting teams in setting project timelines, ensuring all departments stay on track for delivery, Q&A creative designers work throughout the process, and working closely with partnering teams to consistently offer clear communication of project details.Role & Responsibilities

• Management of creative projects from brief to delivery
• Create and oversee project timelines and lifecycle workflow
• Assign projects to creative team
• Oversee and provide creative feedback and approvals
• Lead weekly status meetings with various departments, prepare annual timeline of projects/events and track each for deliverables on schedule
• Oversee workflow management system and tools
• Manage creative budget; vendor invoicing, preparing and maintaining monthly and year end estimates and actuals, vendor relationships, initiate and manage Purchase Orders and invoice approval through accounting system
• Work with the following teams: Direct-to-Consumer, Sales and Brand/Marketing Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working in project management in marketing, communications, or creative services - beauty preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role is critical
  • PM certication is a plus
  • Experience working in PM software
  • Experience building scopes of work, writing project briefs, developing production schedules and managing production
  • Ability to engage key stakeholders and gain support by making a compelling case
  • Takes full ownership and accountability for proper planning, oversight and execution of project assignments
  • Must be organized and detail oriented with ability to apply quality control practices to all processes
