Anaplan Solutions you will play a critical role in maintaining and
shaping the future direction of the Anaplan platform for a finance
and workforce use case that is tailored towards a business partner
community. In addition to a growing set of technical skills, a good
understanding of Finance is essential in defining and
operationalizing business requirements in collaboration with
FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and IT. You will be regarded as
the Anaplan architect guru. - - You'll enjoy the flexibility to

tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Uses Anaplan model builder skills to design and develop
solutions that streamline and automate financial & workforce use
cases -
- Mentors, coaches, and develops model builders from data
integration to the final UX design product. -
- Upholds best practice solutions while leading through builds,
changes, updates, and maintenance. -
- Translates existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business
problems into well designed Anaplan multidimensional models and/or
Tableau analysis reporting. -
- Helps develop, updates, and maintains best practice standards
for the Anaplan platform. -
- Leads cross functional teams to drive them to a solution that
addresses the business needs -
- Keeps current on Anaplan platform changes and make
recommendations on implementing new features to improve existing
system capabilities -
- Collaborates across stakeholders in FP&A, Finance Systems,
Operations, and IT to develop concise business requirements to
determine, consolidate and develop user requirements for technical
solutions. -
- Leads projects as the Anaplan SME and support end users to
foster knowledge sharing/training, troubleshoot issues, and
advocate solutions to address gaps and pain points -
- Leads and coordinates User Acceptance Training for all builds
that impact all users. -
- Develops training material for onboarding and general end user
development of Anaplan understanding and utilization of the tool

- Organizes, prepares, and manages process in driving
recommendations to the Steering Committee regarding enhancements
and roadmap decisions - Management Success Practices: - Being

something goes wrong. Finally, the plan needs to be properly
communicated so everyone on the team can follow it Fostering

Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA with preferred focuses in areas of Finance, Accounting,
Information Systems, Information Technology,
- Computer Science, or related field -
- 2+ years in management with team leadership -
- 2+ years of experience with Anaplan implementation builds,
possess, and maintain an Anaplan Certification in
- one of the 3 areas: Model Builder, Solutions Architect, or
Master Anaplanner Preferred Qualifications: -
- Robust project management skills, including ability to
effectively juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines, prioritize
and track status of business requirements
- Deep experience with relational databases and working with
large data structures; any degree of developer knowledge in any
other planning/reporting tools (Tableau) and or database query
applications such as SQL -
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel -
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to
translate complex information into concise, and high-quality
business requirements that resonate with stakeholders -
- Excellent learning agility with bias toward analyzing and
crafting order out of ambiguity -

is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $97,300 to $176,900. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
