We're searching for an Account Manager with 3-5 years of professional experience handling digital marketing client requests and providing exceptional customer service. The perfect candidate will have digital marketing experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be supremely organized, be deadline-driven, and intuitively seek to foster relationships and contribute to the long-term success of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has proven success as a "client-whisperer" to continue their professional development and establish a key role with our profitable, fast-growing digital marketing startup.

  • Serve as the point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with our creative and technical teams to manage all client needs and solve their digital marketing problems
  • Understand client business goals and how those goals tie into a digital marketing strategy and our services
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Receive, manage, assign and complete client requests, working with our creative and technical teams to deliver answers, reporting and analysis to our clients
  • Identify new revenue opportunities from existing clients
  • Create and deliver client-facing materials including meeting agendas, reports and project recaps -
  • Establish trust between Hudson Creative and our clients to ensure their total satisfaction with our agency and the services we provide them
  • Learn and contribute digital marketing efforts to help our creative and technical teams with basic client requests (HTML and CSS experience is a "nice-to-have" but not a must)
    • At least 3-5 years of client-facing, digital marketing account management experience -
    • Experience discussing website development, paid digital advertising (Google, Facebook, etc) and/or website reporting (Google Analytics)
    • Complete control of the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
    • Outstanding, professional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to confidently communicate with people at any professional level
    • Acute attention to detail, compulsively organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
    • The ability to learn quickly, execute independently, think analytically and deliver on a deadline
    • Must be a consummate team player willing to step in and assist others when needed and "wear many hats"
    • Understanding of industry trends relating to branding and digital marketing
    • An entrepreneurial, ambitious attitude
    • An interest in learning about website development and how search engines index websites
      We'd love it if you had:
      • Formal project management training
      • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and how websites are built
      • Google Analytics or Google Ads Certification
      • Experience with Wordpress
      • Experience with Facebook Business Manager
      • The ability to analyze data and identify trends that are statistically significant
