you. -As part of our Individual & Family Plan (IFP) business, we
are expanding our product portfolio to serve a diverse set of
members and meet the needs our state and federal partners. This new
opportunity and role will be a key leader within our Product
Management & Regulatory Alignment team and lead the Regional
Product Team for the Central and West regions. Interested

Major Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for
leading the Regional Product Team for the Central and West Regions
for the IFP business. The Regional Product Team serves as the
'nucleus' for the IFP business for locally-aligned markets,
including coordination with Network, Actuary, and Sales
counterparts. This role will manage a set of Regional Product
Managers, each responsible for local market strategy, product
portfolio development, and regulatory filing of all plans and
products within their purview. This leader will have a counterpart
managing the Northeast / Southeast region and will be responsible
for coordination in processes and approaches across regions and
within the IFP Product team. You'll enjoy the flexibility to
telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some
tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: -
- Serve as a leader on IFP Product Management & Regulatory
Alignment team directly managing the successful execution of annual
local market strategy development, product deployment and flawless
regulatory filing of all plans and products within the region
- Coordinate with IFP Product Management & Regulatory Alignment
peers to ensure clear hand offs and communications of Product
deliverables, including filing requirements, benefit coverage and
limit decisions, and national strategy for product design and
deployment
- Establish and manage relationships with regionally-aligned IFP
Executive Director to support broader business strategy and meeting
local competitive positioning and membership goals
- Evaluate current "start up" operating model of development of
annual state-level strategy and filing processes to develop
recommendations for "mature" operating model for leadership. Work
with team to execute on "mature" operating model
- Responsible for Product QHP and state-level template filings
on-time and without defects for aligned markets. Lead and manage
team through filing processes
- Drive regional coordination with key cross-functional teams,
including Network, Actuary, and Sales You'll be rewarded and

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant healthcare experience in product or
program management role
- 4+ years of relevant experience in product strategy, product
development and/or implementation
- Experience managing teams and developing staff
- Demonstrated capability to navigate matrix stakeholders to
drive collective success
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this

- Master's degree in business
- Individual Market, Medicaid, or Commercial insurance
experience, including direct experience managing state and federal
product filings
- Analytical skills and ability to review data and make
fact-based decisions and/or recommendations
- Able to balance strategic thinking with the urgency to drive
work forward
- Adapt quickly to changes in work direction and able to pivot
work accordingly
- Develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Team player with solid ability to form working professional
relationships
- Solid communication skills (persuasive written, oral, and

Telecommuter Policy. - Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents
Only: The Salary -range for Colorado, Connecticut and Nevada
residents is -$113,500 to 218,100. -Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
