OverviewResponsible for developing financial plans that deliver
corporate objectives. Accountable for development and
implementation of strategic vision to maximize profitability both
in-season and pre-season; inclusive of Sales, GM, Inventory. Align
merchandise assortment strategy with financial goals. ---- Deliver
financial results by initiating and implementing business
strategies using current/ historical trends; store research.---
Plan in-season & pre-season by season and brand for Retail Sales/
GM/ inventory utilizing Enterprise Planning---Accountable for
receipt management, reconciliation, on order and reflow
opportunities--- Analyze and forecast sales and inventory at a
seasonal/ brand/category level--- Develop and implement promotion
and markdown changes to manage seasonal inventory--- Manage
relationship with production--- Quantify and ensure assortment
supports financial goals for all product--- Responsible for
ensuring style plans align to topline financialsExperience, Skills
& Knowledge
