entertainment perks program. Responsibilities: Clinical
- Supervise clinical staff and trainees in the Center; ensure
high quality, evidence-based clinical care.
- Ensure appropriate tracking of clinical outcomes metrics; track
results and efficacy of patient care across a multitude of
treatment modalities and diagnoses.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and best
practices.
- Assist with case assignments for Center clinicians and
trainees.
- Perform clinical activities; diagnostic evaluation and
treatment of children and adolescents. Management
- Responsible for the professional growth of the Center's
clinical faculty; encourage and foster innovative ideas and provide
opportunities for development.
- Assess job performance of current staff through performance
evaluations.
- Ensure appropriate staffing to meet Center and organizational
objectives.
- Participate in recruiting and interviewing new clinicians
across all clinical domains. Administrative
- Review clinical productivity metrics to ensure goals are
achieved
- Work with leadership to evaluate and enhance Center
initiatives. -
- Participate in new program development as content expert; upon
feasibility review, participate in overall management and
implementation of the program as needed.
- As a clinical leader, participate in the strategic planning and
implementation of clinical priorities
- Other related duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program in clinical
psychology. -
- Minimum 10 years of clinical practice in child mental
healthcare. -
- Must have current, valid, unrestricted license, or be eligible
for license, to practice child and adolescent psychology in the
State of New York.
- Board certification or eligible for certification from the
American Board of Professional Psychology preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical excellence in your field.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team-building skills.

- Strong teamwork ethic; positive, flexible attitude; ability to
take ownership of responsibilities and adapt to changing needs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
with a wide range of individuals/groups.
