Job Description
The Ops Data Implementation Manager is responsible for assisting
with the implementation of the Engage marketing services business'
data strategy. Responsibilities focus on working with technology
related to business delivery, such as establishing integrations,
building reporting and dashboards, and analyzing performance.
You are accountable for:
- - - - - - - - - Gathering business requirements for dashboards,
KPI scorecards, and analytics via stakeholder interviews
- - - - - - - - - Connecting to data sources by establishing API
integrations as needed
- - - - - - - - - Transforming data into informative visual reports
via visualization software (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau,
and/or DOMO) to highlight the quantitative and qualitative elements
of media & marketing programs
- - - - - - - - - Organizing metrics for inclusion in monthly
department-wide program performance reports
- - - - - - - - - Ensuring data integrity
- - - - - - - - - Providing support and training to users of the
tool(s) as required
- - - - - - - - - Explaining concepts and data in an easy-to-digest
manner for non-technical team members
- - - - - - - - - Identifying and recommending new uses of the data
collected
- - - - - - - - - Additional duties on an as-needed basis - i.e.
Business Operations special projects
