Director, B2B Lifecycle Content Strategy

ADP! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and
implementing the optimal journey and content for each prospect and
client persona across multiple channels and tactics.
As Director of B2B Lifecycle Content Strategy, you are a
storyteller. You will be creating the strategies for all lifecycle
communications across key moments and personas. Your content
strategy will support the goal of making our products easy to buy,
easy to implement, and easy to use. You will work across sales,
marketing, client experience, and service teams to ideate, develop,
and launch personalized and impactful content that helps increase
new and current client growth. If your brain naturally marries

This role is highly cross-functional and will report directly to
the Vice-president of B2B Lifecycle Marketing for Compliance
Solutions. Your storytelling palette will be broad as you help
support four distinct business unites within Compliance
Solutions---Smart Compliance Solutions, Employee Financial
Services, WorkMarket, and Data Solutions.
You will deep dive into the business of post-payroll compliance
work and learn about the people at companies who do that work,
then, with support of Product Marketing and Market Insights teams,
build personas around which cross-functional teams can rally.
You will architect and build the channel and content strategy for
all prospect and client lifecycle moments, from first-time site
visitors to our longest tenured and most loyal clients.
From that strategy, you will create and execute a content
development plan that meets those moments. You will manage agency-
and freelance-based content developers to fulfill your plan.
Unlock the potential of new and underutilized channels that engage
buyers and clients where they work and how they communicate, based
on developed personas.
Drive content personalization roadmap and coordinate with
colleagues on technical roadmap to support personalization.
Lead all lifecycle content projects and initiatives from ideation
to execution and reporting on results.
Identify, test and scale robust client segmentation audiences to
deliver incremental growth and revenue.
You will manage a team of freelance writers whom you can engage for
detailed content development.
Deep and broad experience in a variety of sales and marketing
disciplines with an aptitude to marry storytelling and technology
so that the complex becomes simple.
8+ years experience in multiple marketing, sales, digital, client
service, automation or related disciplines. MBA preferred.
Knowledge of HR, payroll or related industries helpful.
Strong data analytics orientation.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a multi-functional,
multi-business environment and rise above the noise to craft cogent
strategies and plans.
High level of audience-awareness to be able to articulate
strategies and plans to individuals and groups and all
organizational levels. Connect the dots between what you want to do

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the
compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below
this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant
experience. In addition, this position may include additional
compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensations Range for U.S. Nevada Residents: $120,000 -
