RELATIONSHIP MANAGERManage a portfolio of existing clients and
maintain continued contact with existing customer baseGenerate
Renewal business from our past and current small business customers
through high phone and email activityClose renewal business
consistently at or above quota levelProspect and pitch eligible
accountsCommunicate current eligibility status to existing
clienteleManage expectations of our existing customers based on
performance and origination strategyFacilitate the necessary
paperwork for obtaining new capital and correspond with all
relevant partiesEnsure a collaborative, coordinated, and team
focused environment with common goals and objectivesCollaborate
with out Broker Channel regarding their eligible accountsWHAT YOU
HAVE1+ years sales experience through high-volume phone and email
communicationsExcellent organizational/time management skills to
ensure follow up with all customersHave maintained a monthly or
quarterly quota in a transactional selling environmentAnalytical
individual with strong attention to detailComfortable conducting
business over the phoneIndividual who is articulate and well
spokenSelf-motivated and results-drivenMust possess a strong work
ethic and professional attitudeFinancial experience a plusBachelor
