Management - AnalystJ.P. Morgan Asset Management - Real Estate
Americas ("REA") reports to the broader organization through J.P.
Morgan Investment Management, Inc. ("JPMIM"). We operate as an
independent unit within JPMIM with access to the resources,
including research and client service, of the broader organization.
The group is comprised of 180 real estate professionals as of March
31, 2022, organized within the key functional areas of portfolio
management, research, acquisitions, asset management, finance,
legal, valuation, client services, real estate securities and
fiduciary services.Within REA, the selected candidate will be a
member of the Portfolio Analytics Team, conducting analysis
primarily for U.S. open-end funds managed by Real Estate
Americas.The Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for providing
portfolio managers with strategic ad-hoc analysis necessary to
manage their funds and assisting with building and maintaining
iterative tools used by management to make sector allocation,
capital structure, liquidity and strategic business decisions
through fund modeling.The following core competencies are expected
of the Portfolio Analyst:Financial Modeling - Prepare sensitivities
and stress analyses based on capital flows, transactions and other
assumptions. Work with team members to maintain dynamic models for
portfolio management decision making for both Real Estate and
Mezzanine Debt Funds.Manage and update liquidity models, including
base and stress cases. Assist with presentation of results at
monthly oversight meetings with senior management.Capital Projects
- Perform analysis of development budget forecasting and project
asset allocations as projects near completion. Develop reporting to
manage both time and monetary budgets for asset classes.Performance
reporting - Work closely with management on quarterly regional
platform level reporting, benchmark comparisons, as well as
individual asset performance reviews for the purpose of hold sale
analysis.Candidate must have demonstrated strong excel and
analytical skills, as well as an ability to translate data into
trends and present in a logical, visual fashion. The Portfolio
Analyst must also possess strong written and verbal skills. The
Portfolio Analyst will work closely with senior members of Real
Estate Americas.Ideal Candidates:Project oriented with demonstrated

skillsExhibit knowledge of accounting and performance
