ASSOCIATE DIGITAL OPERATIONS MANAGER SUMMIT, NJ Hybrid (50% onsite). Project Description: The Associate Manager, Digital Training Capabilities is responsible for being a strategic and trusted advisor for the digital training capabilities team. The role will be technical in nature and is expected to work across several company systems and platforms, coordinate project activities across multi-functional teams, coordinate project activities and assist with development of needed training materials. This position supports business critical activities for the Client's product/disease state franchises Responsible for effective delivery of LMS administration in support of compliance, study & systems training. Continuously refines work processes and reallocates resources to maintain and enhance effectiveness. Maintains a high level of productivity and energy Must handle short deadlines with a high level of competency. Setup and manage virtual meetings requests through MS Teams Drafting and Sending Email Communications Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous improvement of training operational projects meet the required standards of the internal stakeholders and identify needed projects. This will include interacting with Training Learning Managers and marketing teams. Managing Project Milestone - Organize, manage, and implement project plans, processes, and systems to ensure timely project completion. Communicating effectively within a cross-functional project workstream. May include drafting best practices and processes. Complete other administrative assignments as needed by management. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in a technology field is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is required to have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the same or very similar role. 4+ years of experience in Biopharma space. 3+ years of experience in Project Management. 3+ years of Budgeting experience. 5+ years of MS Office 365 experience. 3+ years of Vendor management experience. 2 - 3+ years of Articulate Storyline or Articulate 360 experience or related. Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, and organizational skills are necessary. Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, some knowledge of the power apps suite, MS Teams, and working within a SharePoint environment. Close attention to detail and follow-up is essential. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Flexible and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities utilizing strong organizational skills. Must take initiative and have ability to work independently and as a team member. Has an appropriate sense of urgency and accountability. Veeva Client Relationship Management (CRM). Managing Channels within MS Teams for project specific activities. Training Design Experience. Plateau, Success Factors Learning Management System and/or other LMS or database knowledge is desirable. This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
