Learn more about what motivates us and the ways we work to see if this is the right place for you: Our Values The Sr. Director, B2B Marketing will develop and own scalable marketing programs that generate demand to achieve new business pipeline and revenue targets for Spring Health. He/She will lead a team of B2B marketers focused on demand and lead generation and responsible for planning, executing, and measuring a range of multi-touch marketing programs that attract mid-market and enterprise executives. Your team will build new initiatives and execute across all channels (events, paid media and social, affiliates, content syndication, display advertising, email etc.). The successful candidate is data-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, has a strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with solid project management experience to ensure campaigns are flawlessly delivered on time and on budget. This role will be a key collaborator with our Revenue team and will work in lockstep with sales, BDRs and other marketing functions to build the framework and strategies that penetrate our target market segments. Key activities include campaign strategy and execution, goal setting and measurement and building a world-class demand gen team. - What you'll be doing:

  • Develop the full-funnel demand generation strategy and effectively deploy marketing resources to drive predictable results that fuel new business growth.
  • Drive conversion of marketing generated opportunities. Work with sales and BDR leadership to ensure that qualified leads are assigned, pursued and tracked through the sales funnel.
  • Lead the team to execute campaigns utilizing a variety of channels (owned and sponsored events, paid social, email, direct mail, content syndication).
  • Work with revenue and marketing operations to establish key success metrics and measure, report and analyze the impact of demand generation.
  • Work with content marketing and product marketing to align on core messaging and elevate the quality of execution along each step of the buyer journey.
  • Work with digital teams to conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and develop the right marketing plans to penetrate these accounts.
  • Develop and manage budget and prioritization across tactics/channels with an eye toward ROI. -
  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors (e.g., technology partners, data providers, agencies) that may contribute to named-account marketing.
  • Hire, empower and retain top talents necessary for the success of this program.What we expect from you:
    • 10+ years of experience developing and executing multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns. -
    • Success in meeting/exceeding MQL generation and conversion targets
    • Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to build trusted relationships with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Understanding of how to leverage digital tools, such as Hubspot, Salesforce and 6Sense, to deploy marketing campaigns.
    • Results-oriented mindset and comfort in analyzing data with an understanding of how to use data to optimize at different stages of the funnel.
    • Experience in tracking industry trends and understanding what motivates buyers.
    • Instinct for what great customer experience looks like in different mediums and an experimental mindset when creating programs.
    • Experience managing and growing a team, with a strong sense of teamwork, communication and collaboration.
    • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
