DescriptionJob Description:Our team in New York is small, with an agile, start-up approach to working. Working alongside Blink's Creative Director, the Creative Project Manager will work as a liaison between Blink's Brand and Field teams and the in-house creative team, both under the umbrella of the Marketing Department. We are looking for someone who can look at every stage of a project and think critically about how to achieve the best results through strong processes and a smart integrated approach. -The Creative Project Manager schedules and coordinates every project request in the department, keeps everyone informed of deadlines, and ensures projects are on schedule. They will also manage all vendor relationships in the areas of printing, fabrication, and installation, handle incoming project requests and develop/maintain project timelines, and proactively communicate status to all project stakeholders. They are the main point of contact for new requests, project status, maintaining budgets, and campaign shoot logistics. They will prioritize the day-to-day needs of graphic design, copywriting, and print/digital production. -Responsibilities: -

  • Manage the production of all creative projects (print and digital), including assigning deadlines and monitoring progress. -
  • Coordinate, manage and prioritize multiple creative projects and campaigns involving multiple internal stakeholders from concept through to implementation. -
  • -Be the connector between Marketing and Creative teams to define project deliverables, expectations and timelines. -
  • Approach every project with a strategic mindset to help problem solve and determine the best way to achieve goals. -
  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing leaders to improve ways of working and create and maintain processes that will increase efficiency across all projects. -
  • Maintain work-in-progress reports, project management system, and lead status meetings. Report department and project status to Brand Director and VP of Marketing. -
  • Maintain, evaluate, and develop processes to streamline production and workflow by maximizing efficiencies. Refine and enhance existing creative workflow and project management systems. The candidate must be an innovative thinker in terms of
  • identifying gaps in existing workflow systems and determining technical ways to automate processes. -
  • Manage creative production of direct mail, advertising, outdoor/window graphics, interior and exterior signage, new club signage, email, and digital display assets. Responsible for trafficking high volumes of creative requests with tight deadlines for over 100 clubs nationwide. -
  • Manage print production, including competitive bidding, vendor selection, and negotiation. -
  • Monitor workloads, and create project timelines, traffic assets, and proofs for revisions/approval. -Qualifications: -
    • BS/BA required -
    • 3-5 years of experience working within or alongside marketing and creative teams, either in-house or at an agency -
    • Working knowledge of WordPress, Adobe CC is a bonus -
    • Prior experience working as a project manager -
    • Ability to influence teammates who have different perspectives and work experiences -
    • Expert working knowledge with project management software tools such as Wrike, Jira, Monday, Asana or similar -
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills -
