As part of our team, you'll help our clients determine their compensation structure, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications, and financial reporting and accounting advice.

    • Defines project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results;
    • Engages proactively with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations;
    • Demonstrates active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues;
    • Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships;
    • Articulates clearly PwC's value-propositions and preparing final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control;
    • Anticipates client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement;
    • Manages and communicates with stakeholders to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support;
    • Assists in financial administration of engagements such as budgets, billing, and collections;
    • Leverages the firm's benchmark data in new business development, diagnostic, and implementation situations, and consistently contributes relevant materials to build the firm's intellectual property; and,
    • Leads, coaches, and motivates team members, promoting a collaborative work environment by providing strategic and balanced oversight, proactively sharing insights, knowledge and experience seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.Preferred Qualifications :

      Taxation, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration/Management, International Business, Economics and Finance, Economics, Human Resources Management, Financial Mathematics, Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Public Policy Analysis, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management

      Additional Educational Preferences : Masters Degree or Juris DoctorateCertification(s) Preferred : CPA or PHR or CFP or CFA or CCP or CEPPreferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates intimate knowledge and understanding of the structuring of design, regulatory, compliance, financial reporting and technical aspects of compensation arrangements in either a major law-firm, consulting or corporate environment with areas of focus to include a combination of any of the following:
      • Possessing knowledge of broad based Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits including, qualified and non-qualified plans, executive compensation and health & welfare arrangements, compensation plan design, theories, common practices and their administration;
      • Possessing knowledge of standard and non-traditional job evaluation methodologies, senior and executive compensation, salary structures, merit budget development;
      • Possessing knowledge of payroll administration, day to day processes, ability to understand the payroll life cycle and challenges;
      • Possessing knowledge of Equity/Stock based compensation and international treatment;
      • Possessing knowledge of Talent/Job architecture and salary structure;
      • Possessing knowledge of compensation tax, policy research, analysis and working with complex tax issues;
      • Possessing knowledge of compensation and Benefits accounting and valuations; and,
      • Possessing knowledge of Financial Wellness programs to provide broad based and executive education and guidance on benefit plans and total rewards.
