Marketing Fulfillment Manager
The Marketing Fulfillment Manager will be a key member of the Marketing Asset Distribution
Team with responsibility for the production and fulfillment of marketing collateral and brand
assets across print and digital channels.
The Marketing Fulfillment Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders in
Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, and Operations in support of
company initiatives. This person will be highly attuned to established systems but always
looking forward to improving efficiency and execution and will be a critical partner in
creating a digital first experience to reduce paper consumption.
The Marketing Asset Manager will oversee and manage day to day fulfillment tasks
including:
Item setup up for Marketing assets including meta data and state/firm availability
Daily order volume monitoring and inventory management to ensure items do not go
into backorder
Creating production timelines and schedules
Working with business partners to troubleshoot production schedule delays/issues
Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reporting needs
Providing customer service support to field
Responsible for new business sales kit fulfillment maintenance which involves
creation and revising necessary materials, printing, scheduling
Additional ad-hoc requests as needed

Qualifications:
Skills required to ensure success include:
Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and
techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification
techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to
the audience.
Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative,
original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Knowledge of market research, segmentation, and
channels; ability to use business models to develop and implement marketing strategies,
objectives, and tactics as well as establishing a communications plan.
Marketing Systems: Knowledge of components and functionality of marketing systems;
ability to utilize an organization, marketing information systems in various business
circumstances.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics;
ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of
technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Additional Qualifications:
Fundamental knowledge of Fulfillment inventory systems preferred
Ability to maintain strong working relationship with internal business partners and
key vendor(s). Negotiates with peers, senior management, and vendors to meet
budgets, projects, and timelines.
Manage complex marketing launch activities in partnership with internal and external
stakeholders
Able to learn and execute on the requirements and attributes for kitting of all
Equitable products.
Treat this role with a sense of urgency in all activity and can prioritize projects
according to the business need.
Conscientious, keen eye for detail
Must be capable of proposing effective solutions for difficult problems
Basic knowledge of print production; offset, digital and Print on Demand
Workfront or prior project management software experience desired
