Job Description:

Out client, a growing Residential Real Estate firm managing luxury coops and condos is seeking an experienced property manager.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
--- Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of coop and condominium buildings
--- Inspect properties on a regular basis, but not less than once per week
--- Manage service workers, building staff, work orders, maintenance contracts and contractors
--- Prepare for and attend Board meetings as necessary (5-7 evening meetings per month)
--- Prepare for, manage, and attend Annual Meetings of Owners
--- Prepare and distribute memos, notices and other correspondence to residents, staff, and others
--- Follow-up with resident requests/work orders
--- Maintain resident and operational files and documents
--- Process and liaise with architect/engineer alteration applications
--- Interact and cooperate with building attorneys, accountants, and other professional

Skills and abilities:
--- Operational knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, facade)
--- Knowledge of NYC building codes, local laws, and general industry standards
--- Verifiable knowledge in managing large scale capital projects
--- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills a must
--- Must have superior customer service and organizational skills and be able to multi-task
--- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing environments
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office, Excel & Power Point)
